Hi! My name is Sharon and I have worked at Cera Staffordshire & Stoke for 7 years. I began my journey in care 12 years ago when I wanted a career change from the leisure industry and I've never looked back. When I see a smile on a service user's face and improvements in their wellbeing, my job is so rewarding! I love working at the Staffordshire & Stoke branch; everyone has a cheery demeanor.
