Care Assistant - Weekends (6 or 12 hour shifts)

Cera Care  is a home care provider that is looking to recruit two experienced care professionals to join our award winning team to provide support in Gosbeck village. Ideally you will have some experience supporting service users with Parkinsons, Lewy body dementia and Alzheimers.

As a Professional Carer, you will be required to provide personal care, practical and emotional support to clients in their own home, whilst helping them maintain their independence.

Role Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months care experience
  • Able to treat people with dignity, empathy and compassion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Wanting a rewarding career where you make a real difference

  • Resilient
  • Good communication skills inclusive of spoken & written English
  • Dedication, commitment and reliability
  • A flexible approach to the role
  • This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and sufficient references

Please note Gosbeck is a village that is approximately 7 miles from Ipswich, 11 miles from Stowmarket and has no bus route, so you will need to be able to drive to get there.
