Position: Corporate Finance Project Manager
Reporting into: The Chief Commercial Officer
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent, remote with flexibility, office once or twice a week in Farringdon London

Since the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cera has delivered 10 million healthcare visits in people’s homes, created 10,000 jobs, and licensed it’s recruitment technology to the UK Government Department of Health to recruit 50,000+ people into healthcare careers.
We’re looking for someone who can provide support and advice where necessary to our Chief Commercial Officer. You’ll sit alongside the CCO in meetings and help form part of key decision making. You will play a key part in managing relationships and ensuring alignment of initiatives. You’ll support our CCO day to day and allow him to prioritise his workload and assist on Finance projects and deals. This role is central to the Corporate Finance team contributing massively to Ceras' vision and corporate strategy.
The Project Manager will be a forward thinking individual with an innovative approach to teamwork and organisation. You will bring to the role, an understanding of project management and corporate finance including a flexible approach, a willingness and ability to take on a range of tasks and projects on behalf of the CCO. You’ll have the capability to think strategically while balancing several agendas. You’ll assist the CCO and their direct reports in managing various projects which cut across Finance, M&A, Legal, Investor Relations and Business Development.

Cera is incredibly fast-paced. We have grown exponentially over the last 2 years and we don’t expect that to stop. This role would suit a self-starter who is excited by change and wants to make a difference. This is a busy role working in a busy team who are responsible for the overall M&A and growth of Cera.
- Someone with great judgement, strong project management and organisation skills are a must
- A background in finance would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge and experience of working with standard corporate functional disciplines (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, Legal etc) and strong familiarity with key concepts within said functions
- Ability to work collaboratively and create momentum and work on your own autonomy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- In-depth planning and analytical problem-solving capabilities
