Salary: Up to £19,760 - Up to 40 guaranteed hours per week
Do you always look out for those around you? Do people come to you for support when they are having a hard time? At Cera we are looking for kind and compassionate people just like you to become professional carers.
It’s secure work that comes with good pay, great training, and real prospects. But it’s possibly most rewarding because you’d be using your amazing natural qualities to the full. We’re also offering a £500 joining bonus for new starters.
For the most vulnerable in our communities, life can be pretty tough and often lonely - as a professional carer you will be providing them with companionship and support to live comfortably at home. Whether you are helping them get dressed, washed or preparing them a meal you can be certain that these little things mean A LOT. It’s the difference between living comfortably in surroundings they know or being moved to unfamiliar and often unwanted new surroundings.
Being a carer isn’t always easy - but it is hugely rewarding, building unique bonds with the clients you are supporting and giving back to the community.
On joining us you’ll train for the industry-recognised Care Certificate and shadow experienced colleagues while you learn the ropes. Then there are branch teams and care specialists you can call on with concerns, not to mention technology that lets you concentrate on care, instead of paperwork.
We’ll applaud your hard work with decent pay rates and staff benefits. And there are genuine promotion prospects, to team leader, care specialist or on into management.
